1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
We offer two primary subscription options for businesses advertising coupons on our platform:
• Monthly Subscription: $139/month, billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: $1,200/year (equivalent to $100/month), billed annually in advance
All pricing is subject to change with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any rate changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Coupon Redemption Instructions
At the time of onboarding, business owners must specify how they want customers to redeem their coupons (e.g., digital display or printed copy). This method will be clearly stated:
• On the coupon itself
• In the coupon description on the business’s ad page at RGVcouponfinder.com
It is the business owner’s responsibility to honor the selected redemption method.

3. Billing and Payments
• Monthly plans are billed automatically every 30 days from the original signup date.
• Yearly plans are billed in full at the beginning of the 12-month term.
All payments are securely processed. Businesses are responsible for keeping billing information up to date.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel anytime by emailing support@rgvcouponfinder.com.
• Cancel within the first 3 days of a billing cycle = full refund
• Cancel after 3 days = prorated refund
Example:
• Monthly fee: $139
• Cancel on Day 10 of 30 → 20 unused days
• $139 ÷ 30 = $4.63/day → 20 days × $4.63 = $92.60 refund
4.2 Yearly Subscriptions
Yearly subscriptions are billed at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the payment is made.
We recommend monthly billing if you prefer flexibility.

5. Coupon Accuracy and Responsibility
Businesses are responsible for ensuring their coupon details are accurate and legal. RGV Coupon Finder is not liable for errors or misleading promotions provided by the advertiser.

6. Service Availability
We strive for continuous uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Intellectual Property
RGV Coupon Finder content is the property of Lincoln Street Media. Businesses retain rights to their own branding but grant permission for use in ads and promotions on our platform.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

We do not guarantee that your business will receive a specific number of customer visits, coupon redemptions, or sales.
Coupon effectiveness depends on many external factors:
• Type of business or service
• Appeal and competitiveness of your offer
• Seasonal trends and economic conditions
• Customer service and responsiveness
The advertiser agrees to assume all risks associated with their participation. RGV Coupon Finder and Lincoln Street Media are not responsible for any losses or unmet expectations.
