These 30-Day Free Trial Terms and Conditions (“Trial Terms”) govern participation in the RGV Coupon Finder 30-Day Free Trial. RGV Coupon Finder is operated by Lincoln Street Media and is referred to in these Trial Terms as “RGV Coupon Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By submitting the free-trial registration form and checking the agreement checkbox, the participating business (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Trial Terms.

1. Free-Trial Offer

Eligible businesses may receive access to RGV Coupon Finder’s digital coupon advertising service for 30 consecutive calendar days.

The trial begins on the date your business listing or first coupon is published on RGVcouponfinder.com, unless a different start date is provided to you in writing.

No credit card or payment information is required to begin the 30-day free trial. You will not be automatically charged when the trial ends.

2. Trial Eligibility

The free trial is limited to one trial per business, business owner, location, or substantially similar business entity, unless RGV Coupon Finder approves an exception in writing.

A business may not create multiple accounts, use different email addresses, change business names, or switch plans to obtain additional free trials.

RGV Coupon Finder reserves the right to verify trial eligibility and reject or discontinue duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive trial registrations.

3. Coupons Included During the Trial

During the free-trial period, a participating business may submit up to four digital coupons for publication, subject to review and approval by RGV Coupon Finder.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for each coupon, including:

• The discount, incentive, or promotional offer;

• Applicable expiration dates;

• Redemption instructions;

• Restrictions, exclusions, or purchase requirements; and

• Any other terms customers must know before attempting to redeem the offer.

RGV Coupon Finder may request corrections or clarification before publishing a coupon. We may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes another party’s rights, or could harm customers or the reputation or operation of RGV Coupon Finder.

4. Business Responsibility for Coupon Offers

You agree to honor all properly presented coupons according to the terms published on each coupon while the coupon is active.

You are solely responsible for the products, services, discounts, representations, customer service, refunds, taxes, licenses, regulatory compliance, and other obligations associated with your business and coupon offers.

RGV Coupon Finder advertises and displays offers but is not a party to transactions between participating businesses and customers.

5. End of the Free Trial

The free trial automatically ends after 30 calendar days. Because no credit card is collected, the trial will not automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will not be automatically billed.

To continue displaying coupons after the trial, you must affirmatively select and purchase an available monthly or yearly subscription.

If you created four coupons during the free trial, you are not required to continue with a four-coupon subscription. You may select a lower-cost paid plan and continue displaying only the number of coupons included in the plan you can afford.

If your selected paid plan includes fewer coupons than you created during the trial, you will need to identify which coupon or coupons you want to keep active. Any coupons exceeding your paid plan’s limit will be removed or unpublished.

Current plans, prices, features, and coupon limits will be shown on RGVcouponfinder.com at the time you choose to subscribe.

6. Removal of Listing and Coupons

If you do not purchase a paid subscription by the end of the 30-day trial, your business listing and all associated coupons will be unpublished or removed from RGVcouponfinder.com.

Removal may occur immediately after the trial expires or within a reasonable administrative processing period. Your listing and coupons will no longer be visible to the public after removal.

RGV Coupon Finder is not required to retain unpublished coupon content indefinitely. If you later purchase a subscription, you may be required to resubmit or update your business and coupon information.

7. Trial Reminders and Communications

RGV Coupon Finder may send administrative emails, text messages, or telephone reminders concerning:

• Activation of your free trial;

• Coupon information or approval;

• The approaching trial expiration date;

• Available subscription choices; and

• Removal of your listing after the trial.

Agreeing to receive administrative communications about your trial does not require you to purchase a subscription. Marketing communications requiring separate consent will be handled according to applicable law and the consent provided by you.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring messages sent to that contact information. Failure to receive or read a reminder does not extend the trial period.

8. No Guarantee of Results

RGV Coupon Finder does not guarantee any particular number of views, leads, customers, coupon redemptions, sales, revenue, or other business results.

Marketing results can vary based on the offer, business category, location, demand, competition, pricing, customer interest, and other factors outside our control.

9. Business Content and Permission to Publish

You represent that you own or have permission to use all business names, logos, photographs, trademarks, descriptions, and other materials you provide.

You grant RGV Coupon Finder a nonexclusive, royalty-free license during the trial to reproduce, resize, edit for formatting, publish, display, and promote the submitted materials for purposes related to your listing and coupons.

This permission ends when your content is removed, except for previously created records, backups, screenshots, or promotional materials that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.

10. Suspension or Early Termination

RGV Coupon Finder may suspend or terminate a trial before the 30-day period ends if we reasonably believe that:

• The registration contains false or misleading information;

• The Participant is attempting to obtain multiple free trials;

• A coupon or business activity may violate the law;

• The Participant refuses to honor a published offer;

• The website or service is being misused; or

• Continued publication could harm customers, RGV Coupon Finder, or another person.

11. Website Availability and Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and published coupons available. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

We may temporarily modify, suspend, or restrict parts of the service for maintenance, security, technical problems, legal compliance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGV Coupon Finder and Lincoln Street Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the free trial, a published coupon, website availability, customer disputes, or the removal of a listing.

Because the trial is provided at no charge, RGV Coupon Finder’s total liability arising from the free trial will not exceed $100, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.

13. Privacy

Information submitted through the free-trial registration form will be handled according to the RGV Coupon Finder Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that your business name, business contact information, logo, photographs, coupon details, and other information intended for publication may be displayed publicly on RGVcouponfinder.com.

14. Electronic Agreement

By checking the required agreement checkbox and submitting the registration form, you consent to conduct this transaction electronically and agree that your electronic acceptance has the same effect as a written signature.

RGV Coupon Finder may maintain an electronic record of your acceptance, including the date, time, form submission, email address, and IP address associated with the submission.

15. Governing Law

These Trial Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Trial Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hidalgo County, Texas, unless applicable law requires a different location.

16. Changes to These Trial Terms

RGV Coupon Finder may update these Trial Terms from time to time. The version accepted when you register will govern your free-trial participation unless a change is required by law or you agree to revised terms.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Trial Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy and written trial disclosures, constitute the agreement concerning the 30-day free trial.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
